Homemade Chunky Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 Medium ripe tomatoes, diced
- 3 Jalapeños, diced
- 1 Serrano, diced
- 1 Bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Bunch fresh green onion, chopped
- 2 Lemons, juiced
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 2 – 12 oz cans diced tomatoes – do not drain
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Directions
- Prep the veggies – Dice the tomatoes, peppers, cilantro and green onion.
- Juice the lemons and limes.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Add salt to taste.
- Chill until ready to serve.
