Homemade Chunky Salsa

  • Servings: Yields 2.5 quarts

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 3 Jalapeños, diced
  • 1 Serrano, diced
  • 1 Bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Bunch fresh green onion, chopped
  • 2 Lemons, juiced
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 2 – 12 oz cans diced tomatoes – do not drain
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Directions

  1. Prep the veggies – Dice the tomatoes, peppers, cilantro and green onion.
  2. Juice the lemons and limes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
